The displays of flowers depicted various aspects of the parish's activities during the millennium celebrations.

The Lady Chapel was resplendent in flowers and perfumes that are a firm favourite with local bees (and beekeepers!)

The Maypole and the garden stall (serving very welcome refreshments) were first seen at the June Fayre.

The original wonderful illustrations of the Benenden 2000 book were displayed in the North West corner of the church.

The flower arrangers of St George's Church, Benenden Catholic Church and Iden Green Congregational Church as well as members of Iden Green WI and the Brownies were thanked for their help with the festival.
